A celebration of motorcycle road racing with bikes, memorabilia and photographs. This exhibition tells the story of the famous riders and races, past and present, and the excitement and thrills of this spectacular sport.

MORE TUESDAY’S THREADS
Friday 7 – Thursday 27 May, Auditorium

This beautiful patchwork exhibition features an exquisite selection of work from local ladies who have been attending patchwork courses in Ballymoney on Tuesday nights for a number of years under the expert guidance of tutor Susan Taylor. This exhibition is a sequel to their highly successful Tuesday’s Threads Exhibition which was held in Ballymoney Museum in 2008.

Admission to all exhibitions is free.
Opening hours: Monday – Thursday & Saturday 9am-5pm & Friday 9am-4.30pm.

Organised by Ballymoney Museum, a bus tour guided by the well-known archaeologist and author Jon Marshall will take participants to see some of the most fascinating archaeological sites in and around the Ballymoney Borough.
Included will be the highland megaliths at Craigs and Dooey’s Cairn, Celtic forts, and Early Christian sites.

Lunch will be provided at Ballymoney Museum. Suitable outdoor clothing and footwear essential. Numbers are limited so pre-booking essential. Cost £10. For further information and booking tel: 028 2766 0230.
